A Word from Pastor Randy
Let Me Personally Welcome You!
In 1996, my family and I moved up to Sonoma County to start a new church. When we first moved to Rohnert Park, we didn't know one single person. We did, however, know that God loved us and wanted us to start a ministry that would help people discover God's love for them in a personal way. So we just started teaching the Bible and loving people one at a time. Since our small beginning in a home with a single Bible study, our church has grown into the family of several hundred believers you now see as Gateway Christian Church.
It has been a wonderful adventure to see first-hand the miracles of changed lives, healing in relationships, and renewed hope that so many have experienced here at our young and growing church. Every week we get to meet new people whom God brings into our lives whom we can learn to love one at a time.
If this sounds exciting to you and you wish you could have been here from the beginning, not to worry. There are still plenty of people here in Sonoma County who have not experienced God's love first-hand. If you feel led to plug into Gateway, you can help us make a difference in the lives of those who need God's love. And best of all, we will be honored to "Learn to Love God better by Loving You!"
